My name is Sharon, I am an experienced Adult Trauma Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor and Anger Management facilitator (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy endorsed and Accredited). I have practiced at Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse, and I've undertaken corporate work, contracts for Insurance companies, EAP and other services during Private Practice at Witham Therapy Room.

Counselling is a safe confidential space where you can speak and explore life events or anything that is holding you in a place that doesn’t suit you, right here and now. Counselling allows me to be with you whilst you explore the choices you have and make changes for the future if that's what you chose.

Trauma Recovery Psychotherapy work can help you identify or resolve difficulties, such as anxiety, anger, self-harm or panic attacks and flash backs, which may have been around from childhood bullying, emotional or physical abuse and could have resulted in a mental health diagnosis such as Emotional Unstable Personality Disorder EUPD, Complex Trauma or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD. We work slowly together with periodical reviews, where the client is in control of our ending date. When clients are ready to leave Trauma Recovery, they are usually feel empowered with their self-esteem raised.

Anger Management Course - What is your anger costing you? Do you say or do things you later regret? Are you hurting the ones you love? I work with a proven anger management programme to show you in 6 sessions, it doesn't have to be this way. I can show you practical tips and a 3 stage technique which can make a world of difference.

Clinical Supervision - I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and can offer supervision to Counsellors, Students, Psychotherapists, Coaches, Medical professionals and Corporate businesses. Using Hawkins & Shohet's Seven eyed model, we can reflect on the effectiveness of your practice or work, through the differing lenses.

Cost and pricing

​

An initial Telephone assessment with me is £20, this is your opportunity to meet with me and decide if I am the right therapist for you, it is important that you feel comfortable as our therapeutic relationship needs to be on equal terms for your well-being.

​

I offer 1-2-1 short term or long term work dependant on your needs, priced @ £39 per session, over the phone, WhatsApp or by Zoom.

If you chose to book and pre-pay a block of 6 sessions,

 a reduced rate of £195 is offered.

Supervision is for 1.5hrs per month by phone or remotely and dependant on your requirements prices start at £39 per 45mins.
